A graduate of Azusa Pacific University with an undergraduate degree in Accounting, Evan began his professional journey in financial reporting at BDO USA, LLP, gaining extensive experience in presenting financials for both public and privately held corporations, with a specialized focus on Real Estate and Healthcare. Transitioning to CBRE, he spent three years providing valuation services, accumulating a wealth of knowledge in underwriting various apartment properties, from private client/small balance loan (SBL) assets to institutional-level properties, including value-add/bridge loan assignments in Southern California.

Post CBRE, Evan assumed the role of Associate Vice President at Worth Valuations, a thriving valuation firm based in Los Angeles, where he currently leads the firm's marketing strategy and valuation services. With a steadfast commitment to excellence and a versatile skill set, he plays a pivotal role in guiding strategic initiatives and advancing Torvista's success in real estate syndication.
