Brett Walsh is one of the Co-Founders of Torvista Capital and is responsible for establishing the investment strategy for Torvista. He has a deep understanding of multifamily assets and is a partner of the leadership team of Worth Valuations, which is a leading appraisal firm in Southern California. The partners of Worth Valuations are responsible for the completion of appraisals of over 2,000 assets in the previous five years. Before working with Worth Valuations, Brett started his career at CBRE as an appraiser. Mr. Walsh earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from Northwestern University in Economics and a minor in Business.

While at Northwestern University, Mr. Walsh was a five-year letterman and two-year starter on the men’s varsity football team. Mr. Walsh earned All-Big 10 and Distinguished Academic Big 10 accolades during his time. During his 5th year at Northwestern University, he earned a post-Baccalaureate Certificate with a focus on Accounting and Finance. Mr. Walsh also earned an MBA from Quantic School of Business and Technology. Outside of work, he enjoys traveling, boxing, golfing, watching sports, hiking, and spending time with friends and family.
